We recognise that people work in different ways, so offer a Personal Development Programme. Each individual can progress through an approach that is bespoke to them.

To support this, we offer a personal training budget, which can be invested in external training programmes, professional qualifications and industry events.

External training

We understand that sometimes it’s best to get out of the office to learn new things. For this, we have links with many prestigious organisations, including:

RADA Business

Delivering world-class business training using the fundamentals of theatre, RADA offers full and short courses on a wide range of skills including communication, management and leadership.

Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR)

Dedicated to professionalism in public relations, the CIPR aims to set standards through its training, qualifications, awards and the production of best practice and skills guidance.


Europe’s largest and most influential PR and communications membership body challenges, supports and raises standards through its insightful courses, conferences and networking events.

In-house training

As an expert team of PR professionals, with backgrounds ranging from journalism to communications, and digital marketing to public relations, we have a varied range of skills in-house.

As such, we offer regular lunchtime learning sessions for skill sharing and continued development.

In addition, we provide access to a business coach for one-on-one training.


Outside of topic-specific training, we are keen to make sure that everyone gets the most from their day-to-day. Above all, we promote a culture of progression. We support each individual in our team throughout their career journey. To structure this, we hold regular one-to-one and ongoing performance reviews every three months.

The benefits of this are two-fold. Every team member can highlight their goals and any areas they feel need improvement, and we can offer support to help them achieve this.
