This role would suit:
The successful candidate would be a problem-solving self-starter who could be given challenging projects to manage but who would also be happy to answer phones, chase invoices, support on purchasing and filing expenses, as well as being generally nice to clients. In essence, they would do all the jobs that our managing director is too busy to do.
The PR Assistant would also help support our PR teams with evaluation, press coverage monitoring and a wide range of disparate but entertaining tasks. Strong verbal communication, literacy and computing skills are a must.
The chosen candidate will also be responsible for managing relationships with all our suppliers, including telecoms, IT and media databases etc
