This statement is made on behalf of PR Agency One Limited re: Modern Slavery Act 2015 and establishes our slavery and human trafficking statement. This statement has been approved by the Board.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and expect the same high standards from all individuals and entities we engage with, including staff, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.
At PR Agency One, we are dedicated to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or within our supply chains. We conduct thorough checks on existing suppliers and clients and integrate this process into our appointment and procurement procedures for new clients and suppliers.
We have implemented robust systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas within our supply chains
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains
- Protect whistleblowers who report concerns or suspicions about unethical business practices, such as fraud, bribery, or slavery and human trafficking.
We encourage anyone, including staff, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and clients, to report any issues or concerns regarding potential unethical business practices through our confidential external HR partner, Citation.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st April 2020.
