In 2015, we spent a long weekend in Iceland. While other teams were stuck on the daily commute, we were stuck in hot springs. When they hit the morning alarm clock, we were watching the Northern lights. It’s not because we like bunking off; it’s because spending time together helps us to work better. Training and development
Everyone in our team has a Personal Development Programme so they develop in a way that is individual to them. This enables them to map their own needs and chart the course of their career.
They can elect to use their personal training budget to invest in external training programmes, professional qualifications and industry events so their knowledge remains current. We also run monthly in-house development programmes.
