I have no idea if it is possible as I don’t profess to be a legal expert. I’m not even sure it would make political sense, but could Gordon Brown sue the medical insurance companies which are spreading -that are for the large part- lies about the NHS?
Surely these untruths come with a cost to our reputation as a nation, damage business relationships and undermine us a tourist destination? The claims make us sound like a backward hellhole of a country.
What is the impact of this on our GDP?
